We would like to introduce ourselves and give you a chance to get to know the story behind the business .

We were both born in Oldham, from multi-cultural backgrounds and always wanted to bring something to our community that would bring Ladies from different areas and backgrounds together.

In 2021 we decided what better way to empower women than giving them a high spec environment where they can focus on their fitness goals and provide them with classes and various other health and fitness services.

We have a brand-new refurbished setting with state of the art cardiovascular equipment, a wide variety weights section, a studio where our fun & energetic classes will take place, shower and locker facilities and not forgetting our wellbeing room, because who said we can’t go to the gym and have a beauty treatment straight after. After all your hard work, dedication and goal smashing we already know you’ll deserve it!

We both have worked around the clock to bring the ladies of our community a place you can be yourself without feeling intimidated, awkward or uncomfortable and we can’t wait to welcome you and watch you reach your goals and beyond
